I was scared to do any kind of colon cleanse but this product worked great! I am very pleased! It says on the bottle to use only for 30 days but it doesn't say how long I should wait until I use it again.....???Product Review: works well

It does as it says, no big "gunk" cleaned out, but it will keep you very regular. Ease up on how many you take daily, as it can cause cramping.
