I've been using this product for approximately 1 month. My biggest complaint is that it has caused loose bowls. I'm continuing to use it because I don't want to say I wasted my money. I bought this product because I had heard about colon cleansing from several different sources. I had no expectations and didn't really care for results. As for all the talk about increased energy, I just don't feel it. There was, however, another effect that took place that I am very thrilled about. I have been battling acne for three years (I seemed to get it later in my teenage years) and I even took antibiotics. After 20 days of this product though, it has become a thing of the past and my skin looks much much MUCH better!!! I would definitely give this a try if you have any skin problems.
As for the results it produced in the "study", I went three times a day (sometimes four) while consuming three pill AM and PM. If you are hoping to see the huge strand of defecation (google image search "colon cleanse") then you may be disappointed because I did not see anything remotely similar to it. I also didn't lose any weight or waist sizes.
Overall, this product worked as it was described on the back of the bottle and I would recommend it to rid the toxins lurking in your colon.

I have always been very skeptical about reviews - not sure if an actual customer used the product and wrote the review, or if a paid sponsor was writing the review. I am actual customer that uses Super Cleanse. It is one of the few colon cleansing formulas that does not give me cramps, diarrhea, etc. It works within a couple of days and leaves me feeling great. I only use for about 2 weeks every other month since it contains Cascara Sagrada.
