Trying to lose some weight and start living a healthier lifestyle so I figured I'd start by flushing out my system. Read the reviews and product description which basically led me to believe that this product was subtle enough for me to take it every day. That was, however, not the case.
First week: Began taking the product on a Friday and didn't see the results until Sunday. Sunday was not a good day. Yes I had more BMs during that day but it also felt like I had diarrhea. By that I mean there was a constant knot in my stomach and I really didn't want to risk leaving the house. Note that I never took more than 4 pills a day despite the label indicating I could go up to six pills a day. In no way am I saying that my results will be the same for you. After all, everyones' systems is different.
Second week: The sensation of diarrhea didn't subside. I had to stop taking the pills because I can't afford to spend half the day at my bathroom at work. So I stopped taking the product Sunday-Thursday.
I'm now in the third week or so and I do the following: I take two pills on Friday (one in the morning and one in the evening) and four pills on Saturday. I find this works better for me as I generally stay home on Sunday and I think cleaning out my system on a weekly basis is better than not doing so at all.
All in all, I'd say purchase the product but don't begin use until you have a day or two set aside to test how it affects your body. This product may in fact do nothing more than give you diarrhea for a day, but here's hoping there's some sort of health benefit.

I chose this based on reviews. The first 3 days were fine. 1 pill twice a day. Drank at least 8 cups of water. etc etc. 2-3 healthy BMs. Day four my stomach did a complete and horrible flip flop so as the label instructed, I stopped taking it. Unfortunately I did not have a BM for almost 5 days after that. Not fun. Took another pill hoping it would get me back on track and it actually did but not going to take anymore. Everyone's bodies are different and mine unfortunately did not react well to this pill.Product Review: Not working for me at all

After reading the wonderful reviews, I decided to give it a try because I want to lose my last 10 Lbs. I've taken 3 tablets each in the morning and night for 3 weeks, nothing happened to me. I still go on my regular BM schedule about once a day. No weight loss at all. Greatly disappointed!
