I have been drinking Spiru-tein powder shakes for breakfast for over 15 years and I love them. They help make me feel much better during the day than other breakfast foods. They are very rounded in nutrition and have so many vitamins and supplements you can be sure they are really good for you. I drank them every morning through 2 pregnancies (with the OK from my doctor) and my boys are SO healthy. Now my boys are teens and they love them and they can't stand other brands. We like the strawberry, banana and they make this one called Herbu-tein in a spicy vanilla that is really good, but very hard to find. If you want to try one, mix it with milk or soy milk because it is naturally sweet and mixing it with juice makes it too sweet.
