Product Review: Umm... They Are Vitamins

I did not want to run in to town for vitamins. So I looked on Amazon for the D vitamins that I buy. Low and behold they have them. The bottles bigger than I normally buy and contain more tablets.
I have seen a lot of research about the positive effects of taking vitamin D and I feel better when I take it, especially in the winter. I live in Wisconsin and we just do not get enough sun in the winter.
If you are interested in the positive effects of Vitamin D, I suggest you google it.

After taking this brand of Vitamin D for nearly a year my Vitamin D levels went up by only 1 point. I did some research and learned that one needs to take an oil based Vitamin D in order to get good absorption. The body hardly absorbs any Vitamin D from these white tablets. Get an oil based vitamin D gelcap instead.Product Review: Vitamin D

I cannot believe how much better I feel since I started taking 1000 IU/day of Vitamin D. It took a couple of weeks to really feel the difference - but wow!
