I bought this particular type of B vitamins because I just needed some, but after I noticed a huge difference in my energy level, I went back and looked a the bottle again. I really like the time-release part because I don't feel a huge burst (or any nausea) of energy in the morning and then turn into a zombie in the afternoon. And they don't keep my up at night. the very first B-12 i tried and used is nature made b-12. i thought every b-12 will do the same to me so i purchased a cheaper one...
i can never forget how that B-12 made me... other B-12 brand made me feel sleepy and sick! but nature made b-12 give me that kick i need...

I have a hard time taking vitamins and supplements. I always end up with an upset stomach. I have been taking Nature Made B-12 for a week and haven't had any problems. Very pleased.
