I have a lower back condition. My back and upper tighs hurt a lot since <i was 15years old and the only thing that help me with the pain is B complex. When i am not supplementing i feel numb and a little pain that can increase to a very intense one after a few days.
Losing weight has helped a lot, but what has helped the most is the supplementation with this product. I dont know how i discovered it. I think my father bought a bottle and I took it once after realizing that one of those injected pain killers that were so effective had a solid dose of b complex vitamins.
I have been taking this product for about 5years now and I can recommend it for anyone who's feeling small muscular pain and anybody who is feeling a little fatigue. B complex supplementation has to help and this product has sure helped me a lot.
