This item is mislabled. If you look at the Nature Made website you will see that they do not make a product with this name. I didnt notice this until I ordered it and got the wronng item. What you get is the non-natural version of E+CoQ10. This means that the vitamin E that you are getting is the dl-Alpha version and not the d-Alpha version that comes with the natural products.
