I have never reacted so badly to a vitamin. Sure, I've had upset stomach on occasion when the zinc content is high, but this one made me vomit within about 15 minutes of taking it. I should have paid more attention to the reviews on other versions of Nature Made multivitamins that I had read on Amazon which reported vomitting as well. There is something in it, possibly a binder, that looks and acts like raw egg whites. I know it is not a reaction to the vitamins themselves as I've had similar combinations before. Very disturbing. I had been so happy to find a multi without iron and boron. Guess I will have to continue looking. I don't think I will ever buy another Natur Made product since I think I had a reaction to some binding-type ingredient they use that could be found in any of their products.
