this has been a good help in combination with fenugreek to keep up a steady supply of milk. it's also great for my husband who suffers from terrible hang-overs, as it helps function of the liver and to process out toxins from the body.Product Review: Bad packaging!!

The products are fine and the price is reasonable. But the supplement came in glass bottles and it broke into small pieces when delivered. Bad packaging!!
