My Dr recommended Bitter Melon to help control sugar levals. IT WORKS. My sugar leval has dropped because of this product and I recommend anyone who has sugar issues to try this. I highly recommend it.
My only concern was shipment. I ordered this through Amazon through the vitamin shop and they won't allow for it to be left at your house. They have a restriction on it for delivery where if you are not home they won't leave it and after the third attempt it is returned to the shipper. Luckily I called and the driver was kind enough to follow my directions. Just an FYI
