Customer Review: No Noticeable Difference

I got this to hopefully see an improvement in hair and nail growth; I have followed the directions (take 1 pill 3x per day) for a month, and really can't tell a difference in hair, nails or skin. I want to say that my nails are a bit stronger, not as brittle, but again no big difference like I hoped to see.
