Customer Review: Cleared up my Keratosis Pilaris!

I started taking Evening Primrose oil a few weeks ago because a friend recommended it for PMS cramping and hormonal breakouts. I definitely noticed a decrease in my PMS and cramps, but I am still getting the hormonal breakouts. But I had the most wonderful unexpected benefit! I have had keratosis pilaris (red bumpy skin on my upper arms) since I was a little girl. Dermatologists and Drs told me it was just something I'd have to live with. I was uncomfortable wearing tank tops or anything that showed my arms. After just 2 weeks of taking evening primrose oil supplements, the bumps have cleared up by about 98%! I still have redness and the skin is not perfectly smooth, but the bumps are definitely gone. I am in shock. I told my friend this and she said she had KP too and she checked her arms and they too were clear and she hadn't even noticed it! (Her Dr recommended it for fibroids in her breasts and it also cured her migraines). I think this is definitely worth a try, I tried it on a whim and now I can't imagine not taking it.
Oh and the pills are easy to swallow and have no bad odor :)
