I am amazed! I normally will eat anything in site, but this product really got me through it. It actually seems to be a mood lifter, as well. I feel great while I using these. I bought this product because my metabolism seems now to move at a snail's pace and I wanted something that would inhibit food cravings. I regret buying this product because it does not accomplish this satisfactorily. There is so little active ingredient in these capsules that you must ingest them a minimum of three times a day. Hey, girls. Imagine taking The Pill three times a day! In our busy lives, it's almost impossible to remember to take one before work, during work, and after work exactly 30 minutes before each meal. It makes you feel like you have some sort of fatal disease. This product should induce a very mild nausea (like when you are sick) and that effect should last all day with only one capsule. I chose this product because I wanted something that would curb my appetite, without making me nervous or grumpy. I ordered this product based on the fact that most of the reviews said exactly that. I started with one pill 3 times a day for about a week. There were absolutely no side effects as stated, however I also could not tell any difference in my appetite either. The 2nd week I started taking 2 pills 3 times a day with the exact same results - no jitters, but no results either. I refuse to take 3 pills 3 times a day. I have just quit taking them completely because they did absolutely nothing for me. I still have a partial bottle, plus a full unopened bottle. It's a good thing it was so cheap, because it was a complete waste of my money.
