I realize that something like thyroid deficiency should always be diagnosed by a doctor; having said that, it is not easy to find an M.D. who understands even sub-optimal levels of thyroid in the body can have a deleterious impact over a LONG period of time. I decided to give this a shot, and as the title indicates, it's only been 3 days, and I have had more energy (without the jitteriness) than I have had in years. That is to say, I don't feel tired all the time. I am cautiously optimistic about the longer term usage of this product, and will be definitely letting my doctor know that I am taking it, BUT- I am incredibly pleased thus far!
