I was skeptical about ths product - seemed too good to be true. I have been suffering from brain fog, fatigue, depression. Stuck between what I want to do and what I actually feel like doing. This supplement works very quickly - but I do have to take two pills with a meal. Tried one but didn't see a big difference. I also take sublingual B12 and an iron supplement. This seems to be a good combo for me and keeps me from being blue and allows me to focus and actually tackle projects I have wanted to do for quite a while. I stopped anti depressants several months prior to trying this and was looking for something to give me a lttle boost. Big difference- everyone is different but I would recommend this to others.
