You need to take at least 600mg every morning with a glass of water 30 min before you eat. I didn't loose a lot of weight when I was taking the product for 3 months, but I lost about 10 pounds and looked very trim and fit. I was able to eat food like never before, and still looked great. The price is great, the science is proven, and although I was a little skeptical, I can attest that resveratrol works! The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because 750mg is the optimal dose for weight loss/control, but 600mg will do the job at a slower pace.
