I first purchased this product about 15 years ago from a ski resort. It's pretty simple really - a product that works well beyond what I expected at a price far below what I typically pay for the other brand name lip balms. Being male, I'm not attracted to the fruity lip balms that turn my lips color or make them shine. I want a product to protect and heal chapped lips that nobody knows is there, not even me. There is no overly waxy feeling, yet the slight tingling/numbing sensation feels great on very chapped/sun burned lips. The flavors are not over powering but help to hide the wax taste you would experience without.
The biggest issue I ran into was this product is nowhere to be found at any of my local stores or the ski resorts I have visited. Once again - Amazon to the rescue. Ordering 12 or 48 at a time, you cannot go wrong. I gave some out to friends and family who now swear this is the only product they will use. I hope the company is around for a long time and more people get to experience their superb product.
