I have used Original Natural Ice for many years, and i will not use any other lip balm. Most lip balms are so thin and filmy that you need to reapply every 5 minutes. The mentholatum cools burning chapped lips and it stays on! It's a bit thick compared to other lip balms, so if you like the really thin, almost greasy brands out there that absorb into your lips before you even put the stick away, you might not like this particular lip balm. But if you have a problem with chronic chapped lips due to dryness or cold air, and you need to keep a light protective coating on them at all times, this is the answer to your prayers! It's also pretty inexpensive and you don't use them up too fast (since you're not reapplying as much) That's probably why so few stores carry them. :)
