This b12 by natural factors doesn't have many of the other unwanted ingredients packaged with other b12 vitamins. Its a little gritty, not very sweet but it gets the job done. It dissolves very easily for me, and actually I swab it in my nose, as it enters my bloodstream very quickly that way. I would not do this with other b12 because of all the added sugar and junk. I used to take it under the tongue, but in the nose works way better and allows me to use less product. This is my favorite b12 product. The others barely work for me at all. Dr. Mercola's spray is okay too. But the price on this is better.
