I'm very pleased with this product - I have a 5 yr daughter with sensory issues, especially auditory sensitivity, and I think that this has helped. I think the difference was more noticeable in the beginning and the benefits may have leveled off some, but I'm still pleased. She doesn't mind the taste too much when mixed in with lemonade, but she doesn't care for it plain.Product Review: Works for my ADD son

My son has only been on it for a week and it has made a major difference in his mood and behavior. He is SO much happier now and nearly all of the ODD symptoms are gone (lying, non-compliance, aggressive behavior, etc). Even he has recognized how much better he feels. He was feeling irritable the other night & asked if he should have the "drink" and we told him he was just over tired. He promptly put himself to bed! That has never happened.
Our experience may not be typical. My son is a very picky eater and is underweight. He restricts his own diet and we're sure he is missing a lot of nutrients. We first tried giving him Boost (breakfast drink) which worked for awhile, but he got tired of the taste. He does take a daily multivitamin.
He was diagnosed ADD last year and takes meds to help him concentrate in school. Loss of appetite is a side affect of some ADD meds which doesn't help his situation. After using the Boost for a few months we took him off his ADD meds for the summer. But it's the magnesium that has made the biggest change. I'm looking forward to seeing how he does in school - hoping we can lower his ADD med dose!
We use the orange powder. We mix it with room temperature orange drink or we pre-mix with warm water before adding it to his orange juice in the morning. We haven't tried any of the other flavors (didn't even know there were other flavors!).

This product is high quality and I really love the drink mix for adults. I got the kids calm for my son and it gave him painful diarrhea. I'm sure I gave him a larger amount than he needed, but I wish I could have prevented his belly cramps. Start out with a very small amount at first!!!Product Review: natural calm kids

Children didn't care for the strong orange flavor. Couldn't hide it in any other drink, but they liked my lemon flavored drink alot. Couldn't keep them off of me when I drank it! Need to offer the lemon flavor.
