These work.
EASY TO SWALLOW.
Dissolve quickly in your mouth or in some water. Helps me relax and fall sleep and stay asleep. I sleep soundly but can easily wake up for the nightly trip to recycle and then go back to sleep.
I also discovered that my legs twitching goes away with this. I wake up after 7 or 8 hours feeling good, awake and alert. I love it. Have tried other products and slept too soundly and or woke up groggy for a while.
And yes, I am tired now. This is not the most lucid review. :D
I can't swallow pills so this is a great product. I used to buy the liquid but this is cheaper.
I discovered that the time release pills don't really dissolve-which makes sense.
