This is a great alternative to Pyridium (and peeing orange) to relieve symptoms of urgency that often accompany UTI. I hadn't had a UTI in more 12 years and then I ended up with an infection that I just couldn't shake, even with doing everything right and following all the rules. I researched homeopathic remedies and found multiple recommendations for this product and UTI Clear. My doctor suggested a long-term course of low-dose antibiotics and I countered with trying this in combination with UTI Clear. This was all about a year ago and I haven't had another visit to the doctor for UTI symptoms since.
