We were desperate! Our son at three, just stoppped sleeping through the night after doing so. We tried so many different ways, including keeping him up later. We were living on 2 or 3 hours of sleep a night because he would be awake for 4 or 5 hours.
This along with the sleep drops in just a couple of weeks enabled us to being sleeping ourselves. It works great. It's all natural and safe. You may have to adjust the dosages to find out what really works. Too many pills and our son was yawning all day, too little and he wakes up at 3 AM (which is still an improvement). BUT, he's still tired and will go back to sleep.
Give this a try. It works!
