I thought that Nasopure would be much better than the NetiPot but it is definitely way too expensive of a product for what it does. it's "buffered" salt that is way too expensive. the Netipot gives you much more and its much easier to fit into the hole of the product. also, one wrong move on creating a seal, and you have water going "into your brain" or coming out of your eyes. There are much cheaper and better products that do the exact same thing.Product Review: pricey

As mentioned in other reviews, the packaging is easier to use than other brands.
I find that the other brand has the same contents as this, though, and costs less than 1/3 as much.
