I had serious node bleeding and doctor did cauterize. After that, I need to keep my nose moisturized. Doctor suggested me to use Naso Gel. I found out that it gets dried after about only 30 minutes, far shorter that claimed 3 to 4 hours. Later I have to change to Vaseline, which can keep moisture much longer. It is still good if you can use every 30 mins, not enough if you need a whole night sleep.
