Customer Review: A good product, but not for severe sinus sufferers

I suffered from killer sinus headaches until a doctor advised me to do nasal irrigation using a WaterPik with a separate sinus attachment purchased from another company. This, plus a prescription nasal spray, eliminated the headaches. Since I usually vacation locally, it was no problem to take the WaterPik along in the car--but this summer, I was going to Europe for a two-week vacation, and bringing the WaterPik was out of the question. So I read the reviews, and bought the Nasaline irrigator and a supply of the Nasaline salt packets. It was much easier to use than the WaterPik, and the pre-measured salt packets were great for traveling, so I thought I could ditch the WaterPik--but, after a month, the headaches returned, and I had to go back to the WaterPik. The Nasaline irrigator uses a smaller volume of saline solution than the WaterPik, and is less forceful, so that may be the reason it isn't as successful.
