Up to this point, I've been using one of those baby nose bulb things to flush my sinuses. Due to the mess this made, I could only use it in the shower. While on here to order more rinse salt, I noticed the Nasaline rinsing system and decided to give it a try. WOW! It works like a champ... Much better results than the old bulb. My sinuses feel better and seem clearer than ever and I can rinse as often as I want/need without having to be in the shower. No mess, no fuss and much less gagging than with the bulb.
