I started using this regularly over a year ago to help with sore, aching muscles. The facts that is was non-dairy and vegetarian appealed the most.
I drink it every morning mixed with 10 ounces of Eden-Soy Vanilla Soy Milk (shake or blen well). Since starting this practice, I have noticed a huge difference in the way I feel every day.
