This is by far the most effective whey product out there that I've tried. Don't be fooled by fancy labels and catchy names, usually that should be an indicator that they can't sell you their product solely based on quality but rather on gimmicks. Now foods puts out the purest supplements on the market and this whey protein isolate is ideal for right after a workout due to its bio-availability and being devoid of other stuff you don't want, i.e. sugars, cholesterol, fats, etc... It may not taste the greatest or mix as well as the fancy label, catchy names proteins but I can assure you that this is the one you want for functionality and effectiveness. Keep in mind that this is an isolate and is 100% whey protein which is best taken directly after a workout (within 30 mins) because it is quickly absorbed and utilized by your body. If your looking for a time-release protein, for before bed to maintain an anabolic state overnight, look for proteins with a mix of whey, casein, soy, and egg. Definitely a must have for anyone looking to get the most out of their workouts!!
