In the past I have purchased quite a few supplements from Now Foods. They make a wide variety of them and most of the time are one of the most reasonably priced. I used to take a prescription diuretic, but felt it worked a little too good at times, and also didn't like making my doctor rich by having to see him every six months for more. This water out natural diuretic seemed like a good choice for the price, and for the satisfaction I have had in the past with this brand. Unfortunately a whole half bottle into this supplement has proven itself to be totally ineffective for me. I mean nothing. I saw and felt no difference at all while taking this, and finally just gave up. There is no guarantee of course that they will be that ineffective for you, but all I can say is that for me they were nothing but a total waste of money. I can recommend a lot of Now Food supplements, but not this one. Take it for what it is...
