I came across these on amazon and decided to give them a shot. They're conveniently in liquid form so they absorb better. They're also tiny, so they are easy to take for people like me who hate swallowing pills. I thought that alone was a huge plus! These will also help keep you from getting sick. Since I started taking them, a few of my friends started getting sick and I never caught what they had. I think taking these does help. Plus they're way cheap!
