Customer Review: Don't think it has worked for me

I was very happy to buy this product, but I don't feel it has made any effect at all on me so far. I have taken 3 pills before sleep (the recommended those is only one pill) for four straight days, and nothing. Do you guys have any better suggestion for getting any real effective product for relaxation? I gave also three pills to my wife to take, and she didn't notice anything at all either. I'm kind of sad about it. I kind of had good expectations about this. I even think that those who claim this "Works Wonders" might just be Placebo. This is just my experience guys, again, if it did work for you, keep using it.
I could also be doing something wrong, I don't know. Any suggestions??
