Customer Review: Anything to help my mother remain independent

Mom is getting older and finally at age 92 needs a bit more assistance. The shipping box was in terrible shape and I expected the walker to be damaged. However everything was fine. We opted for the 3 wheel in hopes that it would be easier to maneuver in the bathroom. I love the food tray and the basket. I think the hanging bag will also be useful to her. The price we paid was reasonable. It pays for itself with keeping her out of the nursing home or assisted living for even a day or two. It folds easily. I wish the directions were clearer for the three wheel model. As usual, rather than a set of directions specific to this model, the directions were for both the 3 and the 4 wheel walkers. Finally it looks cooler than the typical walkers that many seniors use. So we have her automatic medicine dispensor, her big remote that only has a few buttons. Mom can remain independent and we can rest a little easier knowing that we have done our part in making her life easier.

The Traveler is a light and maneuverable 3-wheeled walker. The solid 8" tires will never puncture and provide a smooth ride on any terrain. Great for the person who does not require the stability of a 4-wheeled walker. The basket (10"w x 9"l x 10"d), tray and pouch are included. Our walkers include reflectors for additional user safety.
