I'm 60 years old 5'6.195 lbs and been working out for almost 6 months now.I didn't believe this stuff really worked but I bought it anyway.The first time it was 1 1 /2 scoops,waited for 1 hour to work out to see if NO oxplode would work.I started out with barbell shoulder shrugs.the most I ever done was 405lbs,with NO oxplode I did 495lbs.And all the other excises increased also.And this was my first day using NO oxplode.I read the label closer and it said it was for people 50 years and younger but now that I tried it and didn't have any side effects I think I'll keep using it.Also it didn't seem to taste to bad,kind of like grape soda pop.
Update:The NO seems to work but I am now using nutrabio AKG EXTREME NITRIC STACK because it doesn't have none of the cheap additives and fillers that manufacturers lace their products with.
