I have tried many supplements over the past 12 years and without going into too much detail I'm relatively disappointed with Nitro-Tech Hardcore. I must note I did not mix it with the other recommended Nitro-Tech supplements; this could have skewed my results. I did not notice much gain, if any, I moved back to my GNC Whey Protein. The taste isn't bad, but again supplement makers have made great strides in texture and taste of their products in the past 10 years, its average. Always remember, use good form while lifting, frequently change your workout routine (muscle confusion), get rest, eat right, and work hard. If you stick to doing these things there is no reason to take supplements as such!
