Milk N Oats is a great tasting product that provides a healthy breakfast alternative. It is loaded with protein and a variety of vitamins and minerals. I like to add extra blueberries and appreciate the calcium content becuase of my osteoporosis.
Learning to prepare the product takes a little time and the instructions are misleading. The instructions call for adding up to 2/3 cups of water, stirring and heating or adding boiling water.
The protein concentrate tend to settle toward the bottom in the the container. The container needs to be shaken prior to preparation before adding water. After adding water the contents tend to clump. Stirring and clump busting necessary. Once done it is a simple matter of nuking in the microwave. After heating stir one more time and enjoy. After eating have some milk, or a banana or a yogurt and you are set for the morning.
