I made the mistake, listened to a friend of mine and went ahead and tried (in 2005) this product for some time. I didn't notice any difference at all during workouts, but thought since I was a skeptic by nature, I would continue to try it.
Come to find out later, the store in which I buy my supplements pulls this and tells me that it is basically suger water. Reading up on it, I found out that creatine is unstable in liquid format and just disolves into suger water.
I can't believe this product is still out there.
