Buyer Beware!
When I got the package, one of the dozen had fluid leaking. Separated it from the others and cleaned off the others as they appeared fine. The fluid made my hands itch and turn red. On the package I read it as containing "Urea and Ammonium Chloride". I am allergic to Urea fertilizer and this is the contents of their packs.
The Image and the Product Description ithacasports uses states that this product contains "Ammonium Nitrate". The pack in their image looks like what I recieved but this is not the case; Buyer Beware. They need to change both the Product Description and the image they use as this type of false advertising could be very dangerous for people that may have allergic reactions to Urea and Ammonium Chloride.

Made by Mueller. Ideal for situations where you don't have time to wait for the freezer or ice is not available or too messy. The Mueller Kold Instant Cold Pack takes less than 5 seconds to start cooling. This is the coldest pack we sell...period! It get so cold, so fast due to a chemical reaction that is activated the bag is squeezed firmly, breaker the inner bag. The reaction is comes from mixing ammonium nitrate and water. Because of the intense cold temperature this instant ice pack achieves, users should always use a barrier such as a towel, tape or pre-wrap to protect their skin. Using the Instant Kold Pack is easy. First shake contents to the bottom of bag and locate inner pouch. Then hold pack away from yourself and others, use both hands and squeeze firmly to break the inner pouch. Next shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. It will now be cold. Wrap or cover the cold pack with a towel or other protective material. Do not apply directly to the skin as it is too cold.
