I have runner's knee and even working out on gym machines was rough. I tried this knee strap while working out on cardio machines and weight machines and haven't had one problem. It works great. I haven't tried actually running with it outside yet, but I will soon because so far it has proven to be a wonderful, helpful product. The support is great, and the quality meets expectations. For only $7, I'm truly a happy, satisfied customer. I might order another for my other knee as a precaution.Product Review: don't run without it

I haven't been able to run for a few years now relating to a knee injury. I picked it back up a few weeks ago once I received these in the mail. Boy, what a difference it makes. I bought two.. and now just to buy more in all different colors!Product Review: goodness gracious i love this thing!

my knees always get tender after my runs, so i had previously purchased the kinesio tape to secure my knees in place. I ended up being allergic to those tapes, so i thought i was out of luck. i also don't like the wraps that cover the entire knees because they would get extremely hot and make the back of my knees sweat like mad. when i saw this on amazon, i decided to get one to try it out on my left knee. i have used this several times and it's wonderful. my left knee no longer feels tender and i'm ordering another one for the right knee.
