Product Reviews of Mueller Hg80 Tennis Elbow Brace, Black, 1-Count Box

Product Review: WOW, better than expected. Highly Recommend
Summary: 5 Stars

I had symptoms of tennis elbow and my bicep hurt a little too. I put this thing on pretty tight for about 4 hours and I immediately experienced a relief of pain. I don't know this thing works, I guess it hits a pressure point or something, but it gave me Immediate relief. It is kind of uncomforatable but well worth it to me.

Product Review: Works
Summary: 5 Stars

Seems to do exactly as it is supposed to. I use this band while I'm at the gym and it is great for most exercises. I do have to either loosen or take it off between sets because it begins to cut off circulation when my muscle swells. Easy fix- readjust it.

Product Review: nice strap...
Summary: 4 Stars

first of all, this is a very cool looking strap...
black and silver, a wonderful combination...

does it help alleviate the tennis elbow problem?
think it does to some extent once you tighten the strap hard...
but it won't eliminate completely...

if nothing at all, it at least helps psychologically... ^^*

p.s.
for average females, it may be on the wide side (i.e. big), though...

Product Review: very comfortable strap
Summary: 5 Stars

I have tendonitis in my right elbow, and was looking for something more comfortable and less "dorky" than the cheapo "tennis elbow" straps you can buy from Walgreens or the sporting goods section at WalMart. I found this strap on Amazon, and have been very pleased with it. It has held up well, and is very easy to adjust. Once on, it is comfortable and you don't have to keep adjusting it. It also does not slide down or cut off your circulation. It is easy to adjust if necessary, and has a thick "gel-like" pad inside that presses against the outer elbow in just the right spot without constricting movement. The band has a very "sporty" look, and comes with a small mesh bag so the velcro does not get hooked onto your workout clothing inside your gym bag.

Update: In the more than year I have used it, it has supported my elbow well during weight-lifting sessions. In fact, I don't like to lift without it because I don't have the support. If necessary, I would purchase this item again, and definitely recommend it for anyone who has elbow support issues while lifting weights or playing tennis.

Update 01/25/10:
After nearly a year and a half of use, including several wash cycles, this product has held up extremely well. For anyone who struggles with the effects of "tennis elbow", this is one of the most comfortable (and "sporty") bands I have used, and I stand by my recommendation.
