I am a 62 yo male trying to rehab a shattered ankle (2002) and shed about 80 pounds. When doing 35 minutes on the eliptical my left knee started to ache and go unstable. This knee brace was recommended by my physical therapist/excercise physiologist. He wanted $75 to order it from his supplier, so I went the Amazon.com route. Let's just say it has kept me "in the game". I've been using it, just to exercise, for 3 months and "so far so good". It is a little cumbersome to get into position correctly especially after it is washed. But other than that, no issues.
