Customer Review: Feel better but a bandaid fix only...

...this is a great device, but in the long run your doctor will tell you that although it definitely relieves the pain, it defeats the purpose of physical therapy and working your quads to tighten them up so they take the pressure & weight off of your knees to allieviate the pain the correct way. I've been to hell & back again with my knees from skating injuries, including surgery and worn every brace made. Yes, they work great but do keep in mind you're really not suppose to be using them if you want to strengthen your muscles to keep your knees out of pain long term.
