OMG!!! I love this!! I hurt my back from taking care of my grandma, 4 Herniated Discs in my lower back yup and I am only 23 yrs old! Now I am learning to do take care of her properly and this Back brace is helping as well. I only use this when cleaning, or just doing activities especially when cleaning and getting my grandma up. The support is perfect on my lower back and it helps so I am not freaking out that I am going to hurt my self. If only I had found this befour, I probably wouldnt of hurt my self as bad. It has alot of space so honestly a perfect item.
