I first got this in a small pump bottle at Bed Bath and Beyond. I was hooked. After perusing the internet a while, I found out that they (Mrs. Meyer's) are connected with Caldrea, which I also love but find a bit too pricey. The fragrance is delightful, and it is not too lotion-y like some liquid soaps. Basically, I like it except I think it is just a bit too thin. I didn't want to spend $5 for another small bottle, so I was pleased to find the refill packs through Amazon. The 'spout' makes it really easy to refill your small pump bottle. I have it on my subscription plan, which saved me more.
