Product Review: Indispensible - economical and versatile

The whole family loves the lavender scent (true lavender and not overwhelming). Not only is this a really good and economical dish soap which makes the whole kitchen smell clean but we have also used it extremely successfully as a hand soap and for handwashing delicate textiles (silk scarves, fine wool knits, etcetera). It also worked outstandingly well as a cleansing/wetting agent for scouring a raw fleece for handspinning. I have occasionally even added a dash to the bath water!
I have to admit that this was a product that I was quite skeptical about trying, but I now think it is indispensible and well worth the price.

I love Mrs. Meyer's lavender dish soap. It has an incredibly fresh scent and does a fantastic job of cleaning dishes, counters and floors. I absolutely love using it and it makes the whole house smell great. I have now started using it to clean the bathrooms because it works so well and is a low toxic alternative to harsher cleaners.Product Review: Not very good.

I finally purchased the Mrs. Meyer's lavender dish soap after seeing on the store shelves. I find the scent to be very "perfumey" and it almost smells like artificial lavender. The soap cleans ok, but the smell seems to linger on glasses and cook-wear even after an extensive rinse. The lingering smell is enough for me not to recommend the product.Product Review: smells so great you will actually WANT to clean!!

i am not a big fan of cleaning and other household chores, but the day i got mrs meyer's clean day products i went crazy cleaning everything: cleaning the toilet, scrubbing the sink, spraying down and wiping the counters, and doing the dishes-- all with the lavender scented products, our house smelled so good and my hands even smelled great afterwards, not chemically at all! i love this stuff, which says a lot coming from someone who hates household chores.
