I've used my eye mask every night for about 2 years. I take it on every trip, and find that I can sleep much better and longer with it than without. It's made of a soft silky fabric and is very durable and the beaded filling offers just the right amount of pressure without being too heavy on my eyes. Unlike the other review, I actually like the tie strings because other elastic eye masks that I have used in the past have been too tight for my head. This way I'm able to adjust it to the right size and tension for my head. I'm actually thinking of buying extra masks becuase I don't know how I will ever sleep without it.
