I HIGHLY RECOMEND DHA FOR EVERY PREGNANT WOMAN. I AM 13 WEEKS PREGNANT NOW AND I HAVE TAKEN IT SINCE I FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT. THE WAY IT WORKS IS IT PRODUCES THE DHA FOR THE BABY WHILE HE/SHE DEVELOPES. IT PREVENTS HE/SHE FROM HAVING ADD AS AN INFANT. IT IS THE SAME THING THAT THE BABY GETS IN YOUR BREAST MILK. I HAVE RESEARCHED THIS ALOT AND IT WORKS GREAT! IT HELPS PROVIDE YOU ENERGY ALSO THAT THE BABY TAKES FROM YOU WHILE YOU ARE PREGNANT.
