I purchased this belt by reading reviews on here and other places. I think reviews help to get a global idea of what you want and make it easier to purchase it online.
As a matter of fact, this is my first pregnancy and I have had back pain before which I did get treatment for. My doctor suggested to get this particular brand of belt because he believed it would help me.
I like the belt however it is white color. I preferred nude or black. Anyhow, that does not count much because the belt is really supporting my back so I would not get tried easily when I walk in the mall or street.I have had not a single episode of back pain when I started to use this belt( even though I do not use it everyday!). It can be hot in the summer but now that we are approaching the winter, I would wear it more often. Size of the belt was perfectly OK. It is a bit adjustable but go with your own size and it should fit.
I would definitely recommend this belt for pregnant women
