I'm looking at the labels of this product and Ex-Lax side-by-side. The active ingredient is precisely the same: Sennesides USP 8.5 mg.
All the other Swiss Kriss ingredients -- strawberry leaves, peach leaves, anise seed, caraway seed, hibiscus and calendula flowers -- are listed on its label as inactive.
In other words, Swiss Kriss is Ex-Lax without the chocolate but with some nice-smelling stuff mixed in.
